I studied stress-responsive genes via RNA-seq and microarray data. I proficient in R, Linux, and HPC for large-scale data analysis.

My interested subjects are genomics and transcriptomics. I wonder what make changes for genetic response and mechanisms.

I participated discovering rhythm of genes related to cell fate determination at Center for Plant Aging in Institute for Basic Science.
