Description
I have participated in various RNA-seq and microassay data analysis since 2009. RNA-seq data analysis is an my main competency, I have mainly worked on differentially expressed genes (DEGs), alternative splicing (AS), genetic variants, and rhythms. I've observed the changes in gene expression pattern to environmental stresses, and constructed out molecular markers, genetic maps, and QTLs.-
